JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experiencedProduct Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies andblockchain development. In this role, you will be instrumental inshaping the product strategy and execution of decentralizedapplications and smart contract-based solutions. You will work closelywith engineering, marketing, and business teams to build and scaleinnovative DeFi products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define anddrive the product roadmap for decentralized applications (dApps) andblockchain-based solutions
Collaborate with engineering teams todesign, develop, and optimize smart contract-drivenproducts
Conduct market research and competitor analysis toidentify opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem
Work withstakeholders to translate business needs into product features andtechnical requirements
Ensure the security, scalability, andefficiency of blockchain-based applications
Stay updated on thelatest Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends to driveinnovation
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher inComputer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
2+years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3, DeFi,or blockchain-based solutions
Strong understanding of blockchaintechnology, smart contracts, and Web3 stack
Familiarity withEthereum, Solidity, and other blockchain platforms
Experienceworking with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers,and marketers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills todrive data-informed product decisions
Passion fordecentralization, blockchain technology, and Web3 innovation
