For our European Marketing Center, located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, we are looking for a WEB DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic marketing team and will:

  1. Lead and manage the development team to ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
  2. Plan, prioritize, and manage development projects to meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Create and implement development strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring efficient resource use.
  4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team to maintain industry leadership.
  5. Foster collaboration between the development team and other departments for seamless software delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a background in IT and management.

Requirements include:

  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Teamwork capabilities and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
