We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented ( in LATAM area) Web Developer to join the team of one of our US-based clients on a full-time remote basis . This role is perfect for someone passionate about clean, responsive, and user-centered web design.

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing WordPress websites using Elementor, while following internal best practices to ensure consistency, usability, and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive WordPress websites using Elementor and Astra Pro (preferred, not required)

Design websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly across desktop, tablet, and mobile

Implement basic SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, alt tags, speed optimization)

Follow brand and accessibility (ADA) guidelines across all projects

Collaborate with the internal team using standard web-building processes and toolkits

Ensure consistency across projects to support the post-launch support team

Maintain timely communication, preferably during 9AM–5PM MST

What We’re Looking For

Someone Based in LATAM area

1–2 years of experience with WordPress and Elementor

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong sense of accountability and responsibility

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Creative mindset for layouts, problem-solving, and visual execution

Solid understanding of responsive design principles

Willingness to adopt internal development systems and processes

Basic SEO knowledge (keyword placement, speed optimization, etc.)

Familiarity with Astra Pro is a plus

Portfolio of past web design work is highly preferred

Basic understanding of DNS records and email deliverability is a bonus
