You will collaborate with branding, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, while delivering high-quality visuals and rapid iterations for client projects.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in web design or related field.
• Proficiency in Webflow and Framer; knowledge of Figma/Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
• Sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and color.
• Experience designing for SaaS or B2B tech products.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with clarity, speed, and organization.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS startups or companies.
• Knowledge of People Analytics or BI is a plus.
• Motion design or video editing skills are a bonus.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and visual storytelling passion.

This is a hands-on creative role — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life and shaping the visual expression of digital-first brands and crating websites/landing pages.
