Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web design or UX for SaaS/B2B.
• Proficiency in Webflow and Framer is mandatory; Figma/Canva/Photoshop are a plus.
• Sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and color.
• Experience designing for SaaS or B2B tech products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clarity, speed, and organization.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS startups and People Analytics or BI is a plus.
• Motion design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative with visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality visual assets: landing pages, pitch decks, social media creatives, eBooks, case studies, and more.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and assets.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and product designers to translate ideas into visuals.
• Contribute to branding, product, and marketing initiatives with a focus on performance and clarity.
• Present and discuss work with the team and, occasionally, with clients.

What you’ll do
