We are looking for a talented and imaginative web designer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually captivating, responsive websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces optimized for various screen sizes and operating systems. You'll collaborate closely with the product management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design functional and eye-catching graphics, UI/UX elements, and visual concepts that engage and inspire users.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create and implement design solutions for internal products.
• Support the design process by developing style guides and working closely with other product managers and developers.
• Translate product specifications and system requirements into frontend designs for web interfaces and prototypes.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and websites that are intuitive, persuasive, and visually appealing.
• Design user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing graphics for client websites.
• Build responsive templates for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Design and implement website layouts, logos, and branding in line with the company's identity and target audience.
• Stay current with the latest web design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a web designer or graphic designer.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• A solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and usability principles for websites.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills, along with technical know-how.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for good design.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field.

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Expertise in responsive design, UI/UX design, and user experience principles.
