Foundey, a U.S.-based embedded product design partner, is seeking a Web Designer with strong visual direction to craft clean, modern assets for fast-growing SaaS companies.

You’ll shape digital brands, landing pages and sales content, collaborating with branding, marketing and product teams to deliver high-impact visuals and conversions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of design experience in SaaS or B2B tech
• Proficient with Webflow, Framer; Figma/Canva/Photoshop are a plus
• Strong layout, typography, hierarchy and color sense
• Experience designing for SaaS brands and landing pages
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear communication

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Web Designer who brings strong visual direction, consistency, and creativity. You’ll work closely with our branding, marketing, and product teams to design clean, modern, and conversion-focused assets for fast-growing SaaS companies.

This is a hands-on creative role — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life and shaping the visual expression of digital-first brands and crating websites/landing pages.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver high-quality visual assets: landing pages, pitch decks, social media creatives, eBooks, case studies, and more;
• Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints,
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and product designers to translate ideas into strong visuals;
• Contribute to branding, product, and marketing initiatives with a focus on performance and clarity;
• Present and discuss your work with the team and, occasionally, with clients.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience;
• Proficiency in Webflow and Framer, Figma/Canva/Photoshop are differentials;
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and color
• Experience designing for SaaS or B2B tech products
• Ability to handle multiple projects with clarity, speed, and organization
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with SaaS companies or startups
• Experience with People Analytics or B.I.
• Basic knowledge of UX principles and how design influences user behavior
• Motion design or video editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling
