Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This role may involve operating heavy machinery to complete tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products.
• Handle returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete necessary paperwork.
• Obtain orders and select products from designated locations.
• Verify the accuracy of picked orders.
• Stage and securely pack products.
• Arrange for shipment pickup, contact carriers, and coordinate schedules.
• Handle products and perform duties according to client procedures and compliance regulations.
• Palletize cases, wrap, and load skids onto trailers.
• Create shipping labels and related paperwork to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system.
• Operate various power equipment safely.
• Respond promptly to customer or client inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent (preferred).
• Warehouse experience (preferred).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
