We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Rapiscan Systems Pte Ltd on a 9 months contract basis only. This is a project-based role and not renewable. This role will be based in the North Region of SG. Project to start in 4 August 2025.

What you'll be doing

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.

Prepare and organize materials for assembly and production lines (kitting).

Drive forklift for kitting operations.

Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and system updates.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Assemble and test electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical components and systems.

Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot any issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Document work activities and maintain accurate records.

Build machines according to technical specifications.

What we're looking for

Relevant technical diploma or certificate in a related field.

1-2 years of experience in an assembly or process-oriented role.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tools.

Must possess a valid Singapore Forklift license.
