o9 Solutions, Inc. in Brazil seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to lead delivery of supply chain planning solutions and drive value for customers.

You will work across client teams to implement demand planning apps, ensure data loads, validate end-to-end workflows and support ongoing improvements. The role requires 2+ years of implementation experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong SQL/MDX/T-SQL skills with optional R/SAS/CPLEX proficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience: 2+ years implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
• Languages/skills: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or equivalent; statistical, optimization and simulation skills with tools like R, SAS, CPLEX.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9 solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues, ensuring data loads accuracy and validating end-to-end workflows.
• Identify design issues and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems; serve as the single contact for platform upgrades/patches/hotfixes.
• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests post go-live and deliver solutions for deep operations/supply chain problems.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases; track bug resolution progress.
• Support Super User and End User training for a global user base.
• Assist in improving internal processes and product features by interfacing with development and operations teams.

What you’ll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem. Be the single point of contact for any platform level upgrade/patch/hotfix
• Configure the o9 platform based on the change requests/enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations / supply chain problems
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress at resolving issues using support tool
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base
• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What you’ll have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Characteristics:

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
