An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee operations and ensure quality standards in a hospitality setting. In this role, you will monitor the smooth functioning of appointed sections, ensuring that all services and items meet the hotel's minimum standards. You will be responsible for checking the quality and presentation of food and beverages before serving, as well as maintaining cleanliness and proper use of materials and equipment. - Monitors and ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed.
- Ensures that service/items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards.
- Checks quality/presentation/temperature of food/beverage/service prior to serving.

- Monitors and ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed.
- Ensures that service/items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards and standard procedures.
- Checks quality/presentation/temperature of food/beverage/service prior to serving.
- Ensures full mis-en-place is prepared prior to start of operations and replenished afterwards.
- Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service.
- Ensures that all materials, equipment, and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
