We're looking for a visionary VP of Professional Services to lead and transform our service delivery into a revenue-generating engine. You'll define strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive exceptional customer success through profitable implementations and managed services.

We are a fully remote company hiring in the following states:AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive services delivery strategy aligned with company growth and customer success goals
  • Evolve our team today into a revenue generating engine of profitable implementations, professional services, managed services, and profitable Tier3+ support to the Support team
  • Design the optimal organizational structure to deliver on the revenue goals, e.g. enterprise implementation teams, professional services to deliver support for customized work, engineering teams to support professional services, implementations, and Tier3+ support
  • Own SoW definitions and alignment amongst cross functional teams including Sales, Implementation, CSM, Support, and R&D
  • Own services P&L, including forecasting, resource allocation, and utilization
  • Create and execute on a strategy leveraging SI’s and nearshore/offshore resources
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and customer communication
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with sales, product, finance, CSM, and support to align on objectives and to ensure seamless handoffs and feedback loops
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing services organization
  • Develop scalable delivery frameworks, methodologies, and talent development plans
About You
  • 10+ years of leadership in professional services, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Proven success in scaling services delivery teams in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in delivery on the Salesforce platform
  • Deep understanding of credentialing, provider data management, or healthcare compliance workflows (preferred)
  • Strong technical acumen with experience leading implementation engineering or systems integration teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and drive cross-functional resolution
  • P&L ownership experience for services or consulting practices is a plus
  • Experience in rolling out enablement programs for customers and Customer Success
