Your conversations power AI that understands your language and culture—making technology accessible for everyone. Voice call with friends or family in your native language and start earning. Success in this role looks like having natural, meaningful conversations in your native language with a professional-quality external microphone and your laptop/computer. This role is central to LingoTribe's mission of making AI accessible and representative of all voices around the world.

You may apply directly via website (preferred): in authentic, unscripted voice conversations in your native language (minimum 10 minutes/session)Use your computer and professional quality condenser mic (USB external recording mic works as long as the output quality meets our standards) to record and submit conversations via LingoTribe's platformCollaborate with your language-specific community group to receive support, ideas, and feedbackMaintain clear, audible, high-quality voice recordings in a quiet environmentAdhere to simple guidelines provided by the LingoTribe team to ensure quality and consistencyContribute to the development of inclusive AI by speaking naturally about everyday topics, culture, and life experiences Qualifications Fluency in Portuguese or any of our supported languages (Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Spanish)Access to a professional quality external condenser microphone (Example: Maono AU-A04, Shure SM7B, etc. with pop filter)Ensure a consistently stable internet connectionBe able to record in a quiet, distraction and noise-free environmentHave external headphonesComfortable holding natural, engaging unscripted conversations with friends or family members Note: No prior experience, or special skills required — just be yourself and speak naturally
