Overview of the role

Ensure all functions related to visual merchandising (VM) are implemented effectively, following the best VM guidelines for promotional displays and features. Create and print POS materials in line with company standards.

What you will do

• Maintain store display standards responsibly and accountably.
• Act as the communication link between the store and the Regional Office for the VM department.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, and backdrops according to company standards.
• Liaise with the Store Supervisor to ensure merchandise for displays is available for purchase.
• Stay informed about in-store developments such as new ranges, promotions, and top sellers within each department.
• Implement promotions and seasonal launches.
• Dispatch in-store POS materials to other locations.

What equips you for the role

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a VM or store display role with a focus on commerciality.
• Additional education in a creative field is advantageous.
