Role Overview: We're currently on the lookout for Virtual Case Managers. Your role? Researching, collecting, and organizing documentation for the cases you will manage.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Setting up appointments with and interview clients.
  • Reading and reviewing documentation to flag any possible issues/ discrepancies.
  • Maintaining organized case files.
  • Collecting all possible documentation, evidence, and information to build a client’s case.
  • Using the firm’s software.
  • Generating monthly and/or weekly reports with results.
  • Verifying Insurance.
  • Ordering medical records from providers and communicating with clients and providers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience (related to client communication, and documentation administration) and a completed bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Killer organizational and planning abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Your own reliable PC, headset, and speedy internet (at least 30MB/s).
