WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY :
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm (BRT);
Employment Type : Full-time;
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, handle emails, and create reports for clients using Microsoft tools.
- Recruiting Assistance : Source, screen resumes, conduct cold calls, interview candidates, schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and assist in onboarding.
- Sales Support : Conduct market research, reach out to prospects via CRM and LinkedIn, make cold calls, verify phone numbers, maintain CRM data, generate sales reports, and support sales forecasting.
- Customer Experience (CX) : Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat; resolve issues promptly; gather feedback; and assist in developing customer service strategies.
- Project Management (PM) : Assist in planning, scheduling, tracking projects; coordinate meetings; update documentation; support task delegation; manage social media or content; and perform data entry and analysis.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) : Generate invoices, follow up on payments, maintain financial records, and assist with financial reports.
- Phone and Communication Tasks : Make and receive calls, handle scheduling, conduct follow-ups, and maintain professional communication.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Excellent English communication skills (native or expert proficiency in oral and written English);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace);
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus;
- Ability to adapt across industries and tasks;
- Previous experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles preferred.
