WHAT WE OFFER :

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY :

Monday to Friday, 12pm to 9pm (BRT);

Employment Type : Full-time;

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  1. Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, handle emails, and create reports using Microsoft tools.
  2. Recruiting Assistance : Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate records, and assist with onboarding.
  3. Sales Support : Conduct market research, reach out to prospects via CRM and LinkedIn, make cold calls, verify contact info, maintain CRM data, generate sales reports, and assist in sales forecasting.
  4. Customer Experience (CX) : Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat; resolve issues promptly; gather customer feedback; and help develop customer service strategies.
  5. Project Management (PM) : Assist with project planning, scheduling, tracking, coordinate meetings, update documentation, delegate tasks, manage social media/content, and perform data entry and analysis.
  6. Accounts Receivable (AR) : Generate invoices, follow up on payments, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting.
  7. Communication Tasks : Make and receive calls, handle scheduling, follow-up, and maintain professional communication.

YOU MUST HAVE IT :

  • Excellent English communication skills (native or expert proficiency in both oral and written English);
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus;
  • Ability to adapt across industries and tasks;
  • Experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles is preferred.
