WORK SCHEDULE :

Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm (BRT)

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, handle emails, and create reports using Microsoft tools.
  2. Recruiting Assistance : Source, screen resumes, conduct cold calls, interview candidates, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and assist onboarding.
  3. Sales Support : Conduct market research, outreach via CRM and LinkedIn, make cold calls, verify phone numbers, maintain CRM, generate sales reports, and assist in sales forecasting.
  4. Customer Experience (CX) : Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat; resolve issues; collect feedback; and help develop customer service strategies.
  5. Project Management (PM) : Assist in planning, scheduling, tracking projects; coordinate meetings; create documentation; manage social media; perform data entry and analysis.
  6. Accounts Receivable (AR) : Generate invoices, monitor payments, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting.
  7. Communication Tasks : Make and receive calls, handle scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain professional communication.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Excellent English communication skills (native/proficient in oral and written English)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (a plus)
  • Adaptability across industries and tasks
  • Experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles (preferred)
