A leading financial technology company is seeking a VP of Product to oversee the strategy and execution for their Direct to Consumer business. This remote role requires 15+ years of experience in product management, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary VP of Product to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) business. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role will be responsible for building world-class consumer experiences that deepen engagement, drive growth, and strengthen our brand. You will be accountable for creating a seamless, personalized, and delightful product experience across our digital channels — web, mobile, and app — to serve tens of millions of customers.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. You'll work closely with senior leadership, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver a product roadmap that inspires loyalty, grows our customer base, and enhances our direct channel performance.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range per year: $370,000 - $415,000
