What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct the planning and implementation of sales activities for key accounts, collaborating with regional teams
- Lead the development and execution of a global sales plan targeting key market segments, such as travel agents and corporate clients
- Supervise the Groups and RFP Management process to enhance RFP acceptance and revenue generation
- Finalize team goals, optimize performance, and track customer revenue and room night targets
- Identify and address marketing and sales training needs to align with company objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in client-service industries, with a focus on hospitality or a related sector
- Proven success in managing and leading teams across the Americas in both remote and in-person environments
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and creative thinking skills
