Participate in the selection process for the Sales Assistant position and become part of our team at our Cascavel (PR) unit. This position requires working in a face-to-face model.

Responsibilities and duties

• Prospect and contact potential clients to present internship and apprenticeship programs;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
• Present the benefits and features of products persuasively and convincingly;
• Organize meetings with trade and business associations (in person or online);
• Update CRM and calculate apprenticeship quotas;
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and products.

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous experience in service sales is desirable;
• Active and valid driver's license (CNH B);
• Experience with CRM platform Pipedrive is a plus;
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills;
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships;
• Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales closing.
