What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain deep clinical knowledge of the VELYS suite of digital surgery products and the Depuy Synthes Total Joint Reconstruction implant portfolio
- Facilitate customer experiences and build confidence in the utilization of VELYS technology among orthopedic surgeons and OR staff
- Partner with the sales team to drive sales activities through the capital sales process
- Provide clinical surgical support during robotic-assisted solution and navigation cases as needed
- Build strong relationships with the salesforce and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of launch strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Interest in medical devices, software, hospital IT, and video technology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of orthopedic implants including total knee and total hip systems
- Strong clinical experience in an operating room environment
- Extensive hands-on clinical experience with robotic surgery
- Previous experience in portfolio management or marketing for joint reconstruction and trauma
