Main Job Purpose:

His/Her Purpose is to develop digital solutions to leverage efficiency in data management among processes Innovation, F4G and Strategic, translating data into insights throw a simpler, agiler and standardized manner.

His/Her purpose is also lead agenda of value creation Latam accelerating results and providing clear and agile communication among stakeholders and interfaces.

Key Accountabilities:

Digital Transformation Purpose:

Manage projects database to create and improve KPIs, define frameworks of insights, and promote benchmark among interfaces. Develop information management tools, governance for maintenance and usage, cross processes innovation, F4G, and strategic, to create standards to translate information into knowledge and process insights. Develop digital solutions to automatize manual and repetitive procedures that could be "no touch outlines" such as SRS monthly database extraction and sharing with different interfaces; data validation, system migration (from SRS to NPP) Lead internal team peers as a "digital squad" to advance the proposed roadmap for E2E model (dynamic and flexibility as core competencies to be enforced). Develop and maintain Power BI and PowerApps to attend processes’ needs (project pipelines – Inno/Sti/Strategic; LTCP dashboard) Coordinate LTCP digitalization program (Internal roadmap to improve / standardize current tool and Kinaxis pilot implementation and rollout roadmap – definition over scope, resource, timeline within local and global team).

Value Creation Purpose:

Lead STI framework and agenda within interfaces assuring clarity communication and commit to deliver savings within Factories/Procurement. Interact with STI per Country to assure integration btw local and regional agendas Promote and accelerate saving ideas generation to continuously generate potential projects into saving pipeline. Lead efforts to continuously improve Innovation and STI process throw frameworks and tools that can leverage process efficiency (agility and simplicity) Lead and communicate complexity reduction agenda within countries (monitoring and execution yearly delist plan; revise database and suggestions from global dashboard/Polaris; revision with global team over SKU bellow performance thresholds; update executive summary for BU monthly review Evaluate opportunities for SKU reduction vs production savings (SCCC) integrated with LTCP and Plant productivity plans

Skills that will be considered:

  • Willingness to learn and take new challenges, leadership, technical knowledge, Logical thinking, Excel, accountability and bias for action.

  • Understand and believe that digitalization is a must to assure efficiency along time; change maker mindset,

  • Basic Programming (i.e. Power Bi)

  • Nice to have: Advanced Programming (i.e. Power Bi, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python.

Important:

English:Upper-Intermediate level (position periodically will have meetings with NA and global Team)

Spanish: Upper-Intermediate level (position with intensive contact with Spanish speaking countries)

Portuguese: Fluent (position with intensive contact with Brasil)
