We are looking for a Partner Earnings & Revenue Associate Manager to join our People X Partner team.

As an HR Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the execution of the ongoing compensation reviews for all Revenue-related employees, proactively proposing salary adjustments quarterly (or when needed) while evaluating additional requests received.
  2. Designing and maintaining a practical model which allows BairesDev to anticipate the competition in terms of compensation market trends, thus proactively decreasing attrition risks.
  3. Monitoring attrition trends under salary adjustments granted to evaluate the model's effectiveness and make the necessary adjustments.
  4. Having previous experience in similar roles (+3 years in Revenue Management, Sales Variable Compensation).
  5. Having experience with financial models and data management, with a commercial mindset focused on revenue.
  6. Possessing an advanced level of English.
