Overall Responsibilities:
- Overall owner of Pace Port Marketing and Branding.
- Ensure Pace branding guidelines are met in all Pace Port activities.
- Design & Develop Communication Strategy for Pace Port events for Customers.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and their needs.
- Event Design & Management for Pace activities.
- Facilitate the events that involve TCS and/or Insper to foster better collaboration.
- Communications lead for all Pace engagements.
- Create and execute campaigns across various marketing channels, such as email, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.
- Analyze and track campaign performance using metrics such as conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Pre-Sales, Sales, and Delivery teams, to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Creation & Maintenance of all Marketing collateral (Pace Microsite, brochures, Standees, etc.) in collaboration with Pace Global Marketing team.
- Ongoing maintenance & refresh of visual branding & aesthetics.
- Social Media Marketing initiatives as needed.
- Publish a monthly marketing newsletter.
- Publish Pace Case Studies on a quarterly basis.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of prior experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with data analysis and the use of marketing metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in marketing.
