We are looking for outstanding UX researchers to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D). Our R&D team is an essential part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue each year, with ongoing challenges across data analysis, machine learning, desktop and web developments.

The R&D area is one of the most interesting and challenging areas of the company, where you’ll find professionals with extensive experience and high intellectual and creative levels.

What You Will Do:

• Research the product development lifecycle and UX design process.
• Create the research team process and apply methodologies, enabling collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Lead a UX research team from various squads to discover, understand, and propose actionable solutions to user needs.
• Mentor the UX Research team, implementing a variety of research methods (focus groups, quantitative and qualitative surveys, card sorting, participatory design and co-creation workshops, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs).
• Advocate for and communicate research findings to inform product development and design processes.
• Stay up-to-date with new or changing research methods and trends and educate the team.
• Analyze information from multiple resources (consumer trends, competitors, UX labs, search and social activity) to bring improvements to design and processes.
• Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
