R&D .NET Developer at BairesDev

We are looking for an R&D .NET Developer to develop new commercial products from scratch and maintain existing ones, contributing to drive growth, up‑selling, and cross‑selling opportunities. The ideal candidate must be highly self‑driven to work in a distributed environment with strong Slack practices for coordination, as the team maintains a low volume of meetings. You must be willing to own complex processes, think about the big picture when developing required features, and be comfortable working with SQL databases.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new features and maintain existing ones by writing the required code to solve specific problems in the backend and databases.
