We’re hiring 2x UX Designers to join an exciting international project focused on AI-driven digital experiences. This is a 100% remote opportunity for experienced designers based in Latin America (LATAM).

Location: Remote from LATAM

Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Conduct user and stakeholder research to identify needs and opportunities
• Design user journeys, workflows, and experience principles
• Ideate and explore AI-driven design concepts
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity assets (Figma)
• Test designs with users and iterate based on insights
• Deliver final assets, documentation, and implementation support
• 100% Fluency in English
• 5+ years in UX design, with proven experience in AI-related projects
• Strong skills in journey mapping, information architecture, and conceptual design
• Expert with Figma for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience in usability testing and iterative design
• Understanding of AI systems and how to design transparent, user-controlled experiences
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional and international teams
• Must be based in LATAM region
