Job Responsibilities:

  1. Traffic Resource Operation
    Develop overall strategies and manage daily operations for various in-platform traffic resources (e.g., banners, featured placements, feeds, etc.).
    Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to plan and execute resource placements, improving exposure efficiency and click-through rates.
    Continuously optimize resource utilization through A/B testing, CTR analysis, and other methods to maximize traffic ROI.
  2. Self-Growth Tool Exploration & Operation
    Build and operate self-growth tools (e.g., referral programs, social sharing incentives, recommendations) to enhance organic traffic acquisition.
    Design user engagement funnels and incentive mechanisms for different scenarios to drive sharing and referral behaviors.
    Analyze tool performance data, identify bottlenecks, and iterate on product features and operational strategies.
  3. Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation
    Establish core metrics for traffic distribution and conversion, conducting real-time monitoring and attribution analysis.
    Regularly generate reports on strategy effectiveness, key resource performance, and user behavior trends.
    Provide data-driven optimization recommendations and standardize best practices.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for STEM, business, or related fields.
  2. Experience: 5+ years in internet platform traffic operations, content distribution, or growth product roles; experience in e-commerce, O2O, or local services platforms is a plus; prior work in overseas internet products is advantageous; deep understanding of in-platform resource management and user growth funnels.
  3. Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools with strong analytical skills; hands-on experience in traffic distribution strategies, content efficiency evaluation, and A/B testing; strong cross-team collaboration and project execution skills; results-driven.
