BLKBOX.ai is looking for a UA Manager + Creative Testing Lead to own, and scale our creative testing engine across top mobile gaming partners. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and client success—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and loves solving complex problems.

What You'll Do :
  • Build and own BLKBOX’s structured creative testing framework end-to-end.
  • Identify creative hypotheses, design test plans, and manage multi-channel test execution.
  • Analyze performance data across CPM, CTR, CTI, CPI, IPM, CPA, ROAS and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative, UA, and Data teams to align on performance goals and creative priorities.
  • Manage high-touchpoint client relationships; present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps with clarity and confidence.
  • Optimize creative testing pipelines across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and mobile DSPs (Unity, Moloco, etc).
  • Build internal processes, documentation, and workflows to scale testing operations efficiently.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and new test methodologies to increase creative win-rates.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff from testing → production → UA activation.
  • Stay ahead of shifting platform best practices, ad formats, and algorithmic changes.
What You Bring :
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience , specifically in mobile marketing and mobile gaming UA .
  • 5+ years hands-on with Paid Social platforms : Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit.
  • DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and / or Programmatic DSPs.
  • Proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics : CPM, CTR, CTI, CPI, IPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV curves, retention signals, etc.
  • Highly analytical mindset—comfortable manipulating large datasets, spotting trends, and drawing clear conclusions.
  • Exceptionally organized, punctual, proactive , and able to manage multiple parallel test tracks.
  • Client-facing experience managing complex, high-touch relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with Creative, UA, Product, and Leadership.
  • Natural builder who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and creating new systems from scratch.
  • Strong written + verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level and game studio leadership.
Bonus Points :
  • Experience working with mobile gaming top-grossers (mid-core, strategy, RPG, casual, etc.).
  • Familiarity with creative scoring, iteration systems, and machine-learning-based creative insights.
  • Experience optimizing localization and geo-specific testing frameworks.
  • Background in creative production pipelines (static, video, motion, UGC).
  • Understanding of creative fatigue curves, scaling signals, and platform learning phases.
  • Exposure to BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio) or SQL literacy.
  • A strong personal passion for gaming and / or mobile advertising trends.
