URGENT HIRING: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant located in Laguna. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to SuccessFactors implementation and support, working on business process, master data, and system integration within the client's organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and have performed end-to-end project implementation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with SAP HCM and integration with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules is also a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

SuccessFactors-EC Lead

• Process designs, SuccessFactors Position Management, Time Off, Time Sheet, benefits, MDFs, Business Rules enhancement, Templates preparation, transformation.
• Expertise in Employee Central data models, Picklists management, User access through role-based permissions, Organization Structure, Pay & Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service (MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration, Workflow Configuration.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models, Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models.

SuccessFactors-PMGM Lead

• Calibration, 360 feedback, CDP Core HR, Succession, Design, Playback, UAT.
• Should know majority functionality of PM module.
