We seek a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our UX team. We want to meet you if you are proactive, self-organized, and passionate about creating exceptional user experiences!

Responsibilities

1. UX Research: Conduct research using various techniques, including Desk Research, user and stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, surveys, persona creation, user journeys, empathy maps, user flows, sitemaps, among others. Perform tests such as User Testing, shadowing, field research, tree testing, and A/B testing to ensure valuable insights in project discovery.
2. UI Design: Develop low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototypes, creating visually appealing and functional interfaces that meet user and project needs.

Requirements & Competencies

• Practical experience of at least 4 years in UX and UI projects. Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in UX Research and UI Design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Maze, and others.
• Ability to think strategically, understand the context, and adapt solutions according to project needs.
