Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a US-focused agency seeking a Senior UI Systems Designer to own the construction of client design systems. You will translate brands and references into a token-based architecture, including variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable build pipeline.

You will ship cross-brand component libraries, document the system for developers, and work across multiple client brands with consistent rigor. This is a senior, systems-first role, fully remote in Latin America.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing for the web with design system work in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
• A portfolio showing client-brand variety with consistent design-system rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.
