Support the Operational Excellence Department by coordinating the administration of school trips, enrichment programmes, and extracurricular activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards throughout all stages of planning and execution.

The Trips and Extracurricular Activities Coordinator is a newly established role within the school’s administrative team. Reporting directly to the Operational Excellence Director, this position plays a key part in enhancing the student experience through well-organised and impactful activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the organisation and coordination of school trips and extracurricular activities byoverseeingworkflow, communication timelines,liaising withsuppliers, requesting quotes, and maintaining accurate records of documents.

  • Contribute to the effectivedelivery of school trips andextracurricular programmes by helping todesign and implement efficientprocesses, ensuring that all key tasksare completed accurately and on time.

  • Assistin monitoring operationalprocesses related to school trips andextracurricular activities, including registration and attendancesystems, safeguardingprocesses, and providing timely and accurate informationtostaff and parents.

  • Performgeneral administrative dutiesas reasonably requested by the Head of the Operational Excellence Department.

  • Workin collaboration with the Safeguarding Leader andSecurity Department to guarantee the safety of pupils after school hours.
