Danfoss Climate Solutions in Osasco, Brazil, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of four professionals and ensure safe, on-time movement of materials across the transportation network.

You will manage local distribution for Osasco and Embu, coordinate inbound transport from ports, and oversee freight cost control and carrier performance, while driving data visibility and continuous improvement in our supply chain.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in transportation or logistics operations, including domestic distribution and inbound freight coordination.
• People leadership experience, with the ability to develop employees and lead effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• Experience with freight management, including carrier performance, freight cost control, payment or invoice approval, spot quotations, and negotiations.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems and data analysis tools to monitor shipments, analyze KPIs, and translate data into action.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English for global business environments.

• Coordinate inbound transport for imported materials from ports and airports to plants, closely tracking critical shipments.
• Manage freight costs and partners, including payment approvals, cost validation, spot quotes, negotiations, capacity, and issue resolution.
• Own local TMS processes, ensuring accurate data, shipment visibility, daily follow-up, user support, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems and data analysis tools, with the ability to monitor shipments, analyze KPIs, identify trends, and translate data into action.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with professional proficiency in Portuguese and the ability to communicate in English in a global business environment.
