Volvo Group Brasil is seeking a senior transport coordination professional to lead end-to-end operations for inbound and outbound flows. You will oversee planning, execution, and follow-up of transport activities, driving improvements and managing deviations with internal stakeholders and logistics providers.
The role requires strong problem solving, supplier management, and fluent English, supporting safe, cost-efficient transport and continuous risk mitigation across the supply chain.
Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future? If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

At Volvo Group you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will lead the daily transport coordination to secure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient flows across inbound and outbound operations, ensuring stable service performance and delivery precision.
You will oversee planning, execution, and follow-up of transport activities, proactively manage deviations, and drive structured problem solving with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers.
You will own the performance agenda through clear KPIs, daily management routines, and data-driven improvements focused on lead time, cost, and quality.
You will also act as a supplier manager for the carrier and logistics service provider base, supporting supplier selection input, onboarding, performance reviews, corrective action follow-up, and continuous improvement, while building strong partnerships and setting clear expectations.
In addition, you will contribute as a risk manager by identifying and assessing transport and supplier-related risks, maintaining mitigation plans and business continuity routines, and coordinating readiness for disruptions such as capacity constraints, strikes, severe weather, or route restrictions.
You will coach and support coordinators in priorities and decision making, and collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Quality to secure compliant operations and drive sustainable results.
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring strong ownership for end-to-end transport performance, the ability to lead through clarity and structure, and the confidence to engage suppliers and stakeholders to deliver results. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, combine a service mindset with analytical thinking, and communicate in a way that builds trust while addressing risks early and transparently.
