Description

Amazon's Emerging Country Team (ECCF) Transportation Network Configuration team is seeking an analyst in the role of Transportation Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic, customer-obsessed, with strong analytical skills and experience in integrated supply chain systems technology, to join our logistics management systems team.

The role involves analyzing data and recommending solutions to enhance the logistics chain from a system perspective. You will influence high-visibility areas within the organization. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing projects, implementing metrics, optimizing logistics and last-mile routes, and ensuring efficient package movement through distribution centers and carriers across LATAM countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage technical structures supporting Amazon's transport network via TMS/ERP
• Deliver results through cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to improve operational and customer benefits
• Support large-scale transportation programs and projects
• Identify business opportunities
• Develop metrics and monitor program health
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Communicate effectively with various audiences

About The Team

Part of the ROW (Rest of World) organization, supporting regional operations through system and product management, focusing on transportation system enhancements and configuration.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing)
• Proficiency in English
• Program or project management experience
• Experience with transportation/supply chain systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with statistics and implementation
• Experience working with IT teams and process improvement techniques (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Experience in business analysis, research, supply chain, or strategic development
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, and analytical approach
