Aramco is hiring a Training & Development Advisor for the Corporate Academy Development Division. The role focuses on administering, coordinating, and evaluating learning programs to meet organizational needs and drive performance improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or General Management, with at least 5 years of experience in training program administration and strong communication skills. This is a full relocation expat position in Saudi Arabia.

Overview:

We are seeking a Training & Development Advisor to join our Corporate Academy Development Division.

The Corporate Academy Development Division is responsible for providing a wide range of learning opportunities to fulfill the business need, while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of all learning operations across the company.

Your primary role is to administer the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs based on the required organizational and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Identify training needs and gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
