Qualificações

• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes no setor de hospitalidade de luxo.
• Capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita em inglês e italiano.

Romazzino, located on the stunning Costa Smeralda in northern Sardinia, will reopen for the 2025 season on 28 May.

Based in the beautiful Porto Cervo, the Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing and facilitating both in-classroom and on-the-job training based on the Belmond Principles and LQA standards. This role involves actively identifying training needs, designing creative learning solutions, and implementing effective methods to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develops and implements training and development programs for all operational departments.
• Creates and curates effective training materials using a variety of media.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates employee development and training events, including ordering necessary supplies.
• Maintains internal communication channels such as newsletters, bulletin boards, and social media updates to keep employees informed about training opportunities.
• Modifies and updates training programs as needed to align with organizational goals.
• Assists in tracking and maintaining Training & Development (T&D) metrics.
• Upholds the organization's culture and values through effective training strategies.
• Collaborates closely with HR to support overall training and development initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, within luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communicator & influencer capable of business partnering at all levels.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Team-oriented professional, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues from different areas to achieve common goals and contribute to the team's success
