The role involves collaborating with business units, measuring ROI, updating materials for compliance, and exploring new training methods to support global customers, with travel up to 40% and onsite work.

Role Definition

Develops and delivers training programs for dealers and customer facing employees to maintain and improve their job skills; consulting business units and dealers on training needs.

Responsibilities

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Training Operations: Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.

Basic requirements:

• - Bachelor’s degree
• - Advanced English
• - Knowledge of, and operating skill in, technology products software and their applications.

Top Candidates will also have:

• - Spanish is highly desirable
• - Demonstrated technology training experience (classroom, dealer and customer facing); prior related training roles
• - Hands-on experience with MineStar technologies.
• - Background in mining operations or mining engineering.
• - Project Management knowledge and experience.

Additional Information:

• This position requires up to 40% global travel.
• Travel may require working on remote mine sites.
• Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
