About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to onboard and train new company members, specifically in chat-based customer engagement and sales techniques. The ideal candidate has a background supporting subscription-based digital content creators or online communities and is skilled at teaching effective communication and sales strategies to remote chat agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on chat communication skills and sales techniques for chat agents.
  • Train new hires on best practices for engaging with customers through chat platforms to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Create training materials including scripts, role-play scenarios, FAQs, and performance checklists tailored to chat and sales activities.
  • Conduct live and recorded training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training methods to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to ensure training aligns with operational goals and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in digital content engagement and chat-based sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience training teams involved in chat-based customer engagement and sales, preferably supporting subscription-based digital content creators or similar online communities.
