You will define go-to-market strategies, set pricing, guide portfolio expansion, translate market insights into opportunities, and collaborate with Sales on negotiations, budgets, and P&L performance.

Qualificações

• Executive background in trade marketing, commercial strategy, or product leadership in industrial sectors.

We are seeking a Trade Marketing & Strategy Director to drive long-term business growth and profitability. This role will align key commercial functions to expand market share, optimize the 4Ps, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams globally.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, commercial positioning, and portfolio expansion to capture new market opportunities.
• Lead regional pricing policies, promotional strategy, and channel placement to maximize contribution margins, share of market, and brand equity.
• Translate market intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights into strategic product requirements and commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to steer key negotiations, budget allocation, and P&L performance.
• Manage and develop multi-disciplinary teams across commercial, strategic, and market-facing functions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related areas.
• Experience: Executive background in trade marketing, commercial strategy, or product leadership within industrial sectors.
• Skills: Advanced financial acumen, strategic planning, value pricing, and high-level negotiation.
