About the role

Carrier is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and equity within the organization. This position requires both strategic and operational expertise, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a corporate environment while supporting multiple manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

As a Total Rewards Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Managing and overseeing compensation programs, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
  • Providing support and advice on compensation and benefits issues to leaders and employees.
  • Conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Coordinating and monitoring compensation matters across eight manufacturing plants in Mexico.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Staying updated on trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to drive strategic improvements.
  • Managing special projects related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
  • Strong strategic and operational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
