Yinson is seeking a Topside Maintenance Technician for FPSO Anna Nery in Brazil. The role involves ensuring safe daily operations and maintaining topside, main deck, engine room and accommodation facilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical equipment (valves, pumps, compressors, piping), following Permit to Work, supporting the Lead Topsides Technician, supervising cleanliness, waste management, and contributing to Emergency Response Plan duties.

Qualificações

• Follow Permit to Work procedures for assigned tasks.
• Maintain Topside equipment and facilities in good condition.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
• Maintain and service valves, pumps, and piping.
• Support the Lead Topsides Maintenance Tech and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Permit to Work procedures to the assigned task or to be executed under his responsibility
• Assist the Lead Topsides Maintenance Tech in all matters related to the safe and efficient operation
• Ensure proper cleanliness and good working condition of all Topside equipment and facilities.
• Maintain tandem mooring equipment and export hose reel(s).
• Service of export hose and mooring hawser
• Maintain deck equipment, cargo handling equipment, cranes and safety equipment in good working order
• Manage waste and hazardous material management system onboard
• Carry out deck cranes visual inspection
• Carry out the duties and tasks as specified in the Emergency Response Plan

Responsibility

The Topside Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that own day-to-day activities and those of own peers are carried out in a safe and healthy manner and that the impact of such activities on the environment is within acceptable limits. The Topside Maintenance Technician working area will be the topside, main deck, engine room and accommodation.

The Topside Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the mechanical equipment that includes valves, pumps, compressors, piping and other devices were the mechanical qualification is required. The Topside Maintenance Technician is responsible to maintain his worksite clean and organized.

Duties

• Follow Permit to Work procedures to the assigned task or to be executed under his responsibility
• Assist the Lead Topsides Maintenance Tech in all matters related to the safe and efficient operation
• Ensure proper cleanliness and good working condition of all Topside equipment and facilities.
• Maintain tandem mooring equipment and export hose reel(s).

Furthermore, the Topside Maintenance Technician must perform the work required by his superior and perform tasks according to company procedures, including administrative or operational tasks.
