Vestas is seeking a Team Leader in the Supply Chain and Logistics area based in Brazil. The role focuses on leading warehouse operations, planning inspections and calibrations, and managing tool maintenance.

You will drive metrics for inbound/outbound processes, calibration, and inspection costs, while coordinating cross-site activities and teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or technical training with at least 2 years of experience in maintenance or logistics, and preferably

• Engineering degree is desirable.
• Technical training in mechanical, electrical, metallurgy or similar is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or logistics management.
• Experience with renewable energy is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.

The Service Construction Academy and Tools Department is part of Service Latam. Its focus is providing solutions regarding tools and repair cycles to maximize the efficiency of the wind turbine fleet serviced in the region.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse team management.
• Leadership in planning inspections and calibrations at the main warehouse and other sites.
• Management of tool maintenance.
• Creation of calibration and inspection plans in SAP.
• Management of inbound, outbound, calibration, and inspection metrics.
• Management of inspection and calibration costs.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar) is desirable.
• Technical training (mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, or similar).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or logistics management.
• Experience with renewable energy is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
