Vestas Brazil is seeking a Team Leader for the Supply Chain and Logistics area. You will lead the warehouse team, plan inspections, calibrations, and coordinate tool maintenance across the main warehouse and additional sites.

The role requires engineering or technical background, experience in logistics, and familiarity with SAP. Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable to collaborate with regional teams.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or similar is desirable.
• Technical training (mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, or similar).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or logistics management.
• Experience with renewable energy is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.

The Service Construction Academy and Tools Department is part of Service Latam. Its focus is providing solutions regarding tools and repair cycles to maximize the efficiency of the wind turbine fleet serviced in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse team management.
• Leadership in planning inspections and calibrations at the main warehouse and other sites.
• Management of tool maintenance.
• Creation of calibration and inspection plans in SAP.
• Management of inbound, outbound, calibration, and inspection metrics.
• Management of inspection and calibration costs.

Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar) is desirable.
• Technical training (mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, or similar);
