The Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated fully remote Tier 2 / Tier 3 Helpdesk Technicians. This role involves advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will act as an escalation point for complex issues, contributing to smooth IT operations and systems reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues from the helpdesk.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced hardware, software, and networking issues.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good written and spoken English to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Experience with American / Canadian / British / Australian business communications.
  • Stay organized and keep up to date on your tickets.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
