Third-Party User Acquisition Channel Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Cross-Industry Partnership Development & Management
  2. Identify and onboard high-value local cross-industry partners (e.g., shopping districts, chain brands, media platforms, lifestyle service providers) aligned with business objectives.
  3. Design and execute co-marketing initiatives, traffic exchange programs, and mutual benefit schemes to amplify brand and traffic impact.
  4. Oversee end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including resource alignment, contract negotiation, execution monitoring, and performance evaluation.

Local Traffic Channel Expansion

  1. Build and maintain a regional network of local traffic channels (offline stores, communities, exhibitions) for targeted user acquisition.
  2. Coordinate with offline operations and field teams to implement joint promotions, enhancing local brand penetration.
  3. Analyze local market behaviors and channel characteristics to develop tailored traffic partnership strategies.

Joint Marketing Campaign Execution

  1. Lead cross-platform campaign planning, defining target audiences, communication paths, and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with brand, PR, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Drive innovative marketing integration to maximize campaign impact for high-quality user conversion.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
  2. Experience: 5+ years in business development, cross-industry partnerships, or marketing roles.
  3. Prior experience in O2O, local services, e-commerce platforms, or consumer brands is a plus.
  4. Established network of third-party traffic channels/cross-industry resources preferred.
  5. Skills: Strong negotiation and partnership management skills with knowledge of standard collaboration workflows; data-driven mindset with excellent project execution and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in analytics tools for post-campaign review and strategy optimization.
