Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans for CPE devices.
2. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
3. Debug and troubleshoot network issues.
4. Automate test cases to improve efficiency.
5. Work with development teams to report and resolve defects.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards (TR-069, TR-369, etc.).
7. Support field trials and replicate customer issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in networking protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT, PPPoE, IPv4/IPv6, QoS, Wi-Fi (802.11 standards).
• Experience with CPE devices such as home routers, modems, ONTs, gateways.
• Knowledge of testing tools like Wireshark, iPerf, IxChariot, Spirent, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in CPE validation and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work onsite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in documenting test results and writing reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windows, Linux, and embedded systems.
