Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a hands-on QA/Test Engineer to validate web applications, CMS portals, and corporate portals. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, implement automation, and collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX/UI teams to ensure delivery quality.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, test data management, and performance testing, with a focus on root-cause analysis, defect tracking, and adherence to quality processes in an on-site environment.

Qualificações

Experience validating web applications, preferably corporate portals and CMS solutions.
Experience with test management tools, evidence recording, and defect tracking.
Experience with issue and demand management tools such as Jira or similar.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for querying, validation, and data analysis.
Experience in CI/CD environments using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Desirable experience validating solutions developed on HCL Digital Experience (DX), HCL Web Content Manager (WCM), or other corporate portal platforms.
Knowledge of REST API testing using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools.
Experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python to support analysis, automation, and investigation of failures.
Experience with performance testing using Apache JMeter or equivalent tools.
Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes of defects, and provide technical support to development teams during investigations.
Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of security testing tools such as HCL AppScan.

Responsabilidades
